I love bananas.
They’re hands down my favourite fruit and that’s why I rarely leave a grocery store without them. I love them in smoothies, in my cereal, dipped in melted peanut butter…really the possibilities are endless.
I’m always a little crushed when they brown before I have a chance to eat them since as soon as it’s 25% brown covered, I instantly hate eating them on their own. They go from being this majestic snack to this mushy too-sweet mess. But the good news is this always forces me to make something with them.
